Are they or aren’t they? Adele and Rich Paul are keeping tight-lipped about the status of the relationship, but it seems like the Someone Like You singer has dropped another hint that they may well be married after all, as she flaunts a huge diamond ring.
The celebrity couple first went public in July 2021, whilst at an NBA game together, and fans have been shipping them ever since. Her latest Instagram post has been fueling the marriage rumors even further, so let’s take a look at the latest…
Adele flaunts diamond ring amid rumors she’s married to Rich Paul
The rumors first started flying when the music star announced her husband was in the crowd at her Las Vegas residency after a fan jokingly asked for her hand in marriage.
“You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight,” she responded. When asked by the fan if she could ‘try’, the singer jokingly responded: “No, I don’t want to try. I’m with Rich. You’re crazy, leave me alone.”
Rich then broke his silence on the matter a few weeks later, however, fans were still as in the dark as ever. Now, they’ve spotted a big clue on her Instagram.
Showcasing weekend number 31, on the gram, like she does every week, the star posted a photo holding her partner’s new book, with a huge giant, square, diamond ring on her finger.
In the photo, she’s holding up Rich’s book, covering half her face as she stuns in a black gown. However, all eyes were on her hands.
It’s not the first time the 35-year-old has been spotted with a rock on her finger during her relationship with Paul.
At the start of 2022, she was also spotted with a ring on her finger. When asked about it on the Graham Norton Show, she neither confirmed nor denied, if she was engaged by saying:
“As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t. It’s lovely though, isn’t it?”
Inside the star’s first marriage to Simon Konecki
Although we’re not sure if the Set Fire To The Rain singer is married for a second time, her first marriage with Simon Konecki ended just a year after the two tied the knot.
The pair started dating in 2011, and welcomed their son, Angelo Adkins just a year later. The couple tied the knot in 2018 but announced their split just a year later.
A statement at the time said they were “committed to raising their son lovingly.”
Opening up to Oprah at a later date, the star said she was “so disappointed for my son. I was so disappointed for myself.”
However, it is said the two still remain on good terms and even live across the street from each other.
