Born on May 19, 1996, Connor Sun-Han Wong is an American baseball catcher and infielder who competes for the Boston Red Sox in Major League Baseball (MLB).

Wong bats with his right hand and throws with his right hand. He measures 1.85 m tall (6 feet 1 inches) and weighs 181 pounds (82 kg). Prior to making his MLB debut in June 2021, he played every position in the minor levels with the exception of pitcher.

While a student at Pearland High School in Pearland, Texas, Wong participated in baseball. He was honoured as an all-state shortstop in 2014. He enrolled at the University of Houston and played baseball for the Cougars after being rejected from the 2014 MLB draft.

Wong made his professional debut with the Arizona League Dodgers at the rookie level before being promoted to the Great Lakes Loons of the Class A Midwest League after one game. Wong participated in 28 games throughout the season, batting.276 with five home runs and 18 RBIs.

On February 10, 2020, the Boston Red Sox acquired Wong, Alex Verdugo, Jeter Downs, and other players in exchange for Mookie Betts, David Price, and cash.

Following the cancellation of the 2020 minor league season due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Wong was given the chance to participate in the Red Sox autumn instructional league. On November 20, 20, he was added to the 40-man roster.
