There is nothing like a good spy thriller, and All the Old Knives seems like another fine addition to the espionage-friendly genre that fans will not want to miss. But can Netflix subscribers get in on all the secret agent action and suspense? Keep reading to get a glimpse at all of the eye-opening intel on this classified matter.

Olen Steinhauer’s novel All the Old Knives has been successfully adapted into an intriguing motion picture that will keep viewers speculating until the credits roll. In the stirring narrative, Chris Pine plays ex-spy Henry Pelham who meets up with a former colleague and lover, Celia Harrison, portrayed brilliantly by the amazing Thandiwe Newton.

Things take a rather interesting turn when the conversation steers toward the disastrous hijacking of Royal Jordanian Flight 127, an event where no one survived onboard, which still haunts the CIA to this day. Then it becomes all too clear that things are not what they seem, and one of these two may not survive the meal.

Also in the cast for this exciting endeavor is a talented list of players, including Laurence Fishburne and Jonathan Pryce, with Janus Metz Pedersen serving as director. The 101-minute feature has solid reviews from critics, and it’s hard to imagine it not being a worthwhile experience.

After making sure everyone has clearance to receive this sensitive information, it should be stated that the truth can hurt sometimes. Unfortunately, All the Old Knives is not one of the many riveting choices available on Netflix, and it’s hard to tell if that is ever going to change at this point.

But the streamer isn’t trying to keep its espionage action thrillers under wraps or classified. Some of the spy titles that are currently ready to stream on Netflix include The Spy, Wasp Network,6 Underground and Close, just to name a few.

As of April 8, 2022, All the Old Knives will begin a limited theatrical run while simultaneously streaming on Prime Video.
